About the Shirts
How do I know these are quality t-shirts?
We exclusively use Hanes Heavyweight Fifty-Fifty Tees, made of 50% cotton/50% polyester fabric, 5.5 oz.
Features:
- Shoulder-to-shoulder tape
- Taped neck
- Double-needle sleeve and bottom hems
- Densely knit
- Preshrunk to minimize shrinkage
We print our transfer papers using Epson DURABrite ink for more vibrant colors and improved washability.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, order the larger size. There is an extra $2 charge for 2X and larger.
We currently offer four colors: Ash, Light Blue, White, and Yellow. White shirts are $15, with an additional $1 for colors.
Machine wash in cold water with shirt turned inside out. Use a color-safe detergent, not detergents with bleach. Remove promptly from washer and dry on low setting. The shirt will soften up greatly after the first wash.

What methods of payment can I use?
We accept:
- Corporate and Institutional Purchase Orders
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
- Money orders/cashiers (bank) checks
- Personal checks (we ship after your check clears)
We do not accept:
- Credit cards issued outside of the US
- COD orders
Do you accept orders from outside the US?
We do not accept non-US orders at this time.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, we will print any number of shirts.
Orders placed in Illinois are subject to a 7.25% sales tax. Orders placed outside Illinois are currently not subject to sales tax charges.
About Shipping
How much does it cost for shipping?
That depends on the method of shipment, the number of shirts, and the shipping destination. During the checkout process, you will be shown the various shipping methods and charges available and have the opportunity to choose the one that's right for you.
What methods are used for shipping and how long do they take?
US Postal Service (Estimated Business Days in Transit):
- Express Mail (Overnight to most areas)
- Priority Mail (2 days)
- Parcel Post (6 days)
How long will it take to ship my order?
We typically ship orders within 2 business days after acceptance of payment. Large orders will take longer to ship than orders of only a few shirts.
About Returns and Exchanges
What guarantee is provided?
There is a 15-day guarantee covering defects on all purchases.
How do I return an order?
1. Contact Us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
2. Mail your order back Freight Pre-Paid.
Return policy:
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Altered garments are not returnable.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- Claims must be made within 15 days from receipt.
- Returns without a RA# will not be accepted.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for credits to be processed.
